Homemade Daikon Cake

My sister made homemade daikon cake during Chinese New Years. My family likes to cut in slices and pan fried with eggs and onions.
Another option is to coat the daikon cake slices in thick soy sauce before pan fry. The molasses in the thick soy sauce definitely makes it a yummier version than above.
