It seems each time I think or plan too far ahead, I get a big old bite in the ass as reminder that life is about now.

Receiving the Nike+ running monitor was the best gift of Xmas 2007. I was slow to start using but I am glad I made a lifestyle change and made it part of my weekly routine back in April.
