Hurt So Good

I felt so guilty for not running on the treadmill in the past eight days, I decided to go for the 10K run program on my Nike+. Surprisingly I didn’t stretch and somehow managed to stay on the treadmill for 60 minutes! One great thing about treadmill is that it helped me keep my pace constant and it’s easy on the knees for longer runs. Half way through, my right calf felt tight and right now my abs are hurting and burning like I did a thousand sit-ups. I definitely need to do this more often.
